Split reservations?

Hi everyone,

I'm curious as to if a party of 5 can make different reservations for different places. Say my DS and DDIL want to eat at one spot while my folks and I want to eat somewhere else, is that possible? Or do we have to eat together?

TIA!

I assume you're on the dining plan? You can split yourselves up however you want, dining plan or no. All of the credits are pooled, you can use them one at a time, five at a time, or any combination you choose.

There's no rule requiring that anyone eat together....

I guess I'm confused. Would you be booking tables of 5 in both places? Or would DS an DDIL make a reservation at one place while you make a reservation somewhere else?

Yes, we will be on the dining plan. That's where it was confusing me on if we all had to be present or not. I've never been with a party of more than 2.

DS and DDIL will probably be eating separately or with me. Or I'll be eating with my folks. Parents are in their 70's so I'm thinking they'll head back to the room earlier than the rest of us. I just wanted to be sure.

Thanks for the feedback you two!

You can NOT book 2 different ADRs online on 1 MDE Account. Either you have separate accounts or you have to call

As other people have said, you can split the party into different groups, however, MDE will not let you book 2 ADRs at the same time under the same account.
You can call and get the 2nd reservation or have another person make the other ADR.

Or make the ADR for the other group first and change the lead guest to DS/DDIL. Then you can book another at the same time with yourself as the lead guest.
