Split DVC Card Swimming!

Did a little search and didn't see anybody mentioning this, but the plastic DVC cards don't hold up well to water. Put my card in my suit on my trip to VWL a couple of weeks ago, and when I got out, the card was very pliant. Turns out, the two sheets of plastic on the front and back of the card are just for stiffness and do not create a water tight seal for the paper in-between them. My card had gotten water-logged. When the card dried out, it split right down the middle. Still readable, and I guess usable, but two pieces. Waiting on a new one from member services.
