Split a resale

Quick Question....Can you split a resale contract into 2 smaller contracts?

No, you can not.

Unfortunately not........the contract as written will remain. So if you have a contract for 300 points you couldn't split and sell two at 150.

As noted, no, but sometimes you can find a resale that's already multiple contracts. You may pay a little more in closing but usually you can negotiate a cheaper closing in this situation.
