Splash Mtn - how wet?

We hopped from Epcot to MK for Spectro and rode the train to Frontierland. There was no line on Splash, so we couldn't resist. We got the front seat and go completely and utterly soaked to the bone. We never laughed so hard! We watched Spectro and Wishes and then hightailed it out of there, as it was December and we were FREEZING!

I can't wait to do it again next week. SQUEEEEE!

If it's cold, simply wear a poncho, you wont get wet.

My 18 year old son thinks he will look like a dork if he wears the ponchos I bought for us to wear on Splash and Kali.(December trip) :umbrella:
Will he????????? :rolleyes2

Depends on the riders in the boat. If there is more weight in the front the boat it will make a bigger splash when it hits bottom, thus soaking the people in the back. If there is more weight in the back it will "lift" the boat at the bottom so there wont be much of a splash at all.

If you dont want to get wet put the skinnies in the front and the fatties in the back ;)
I agree. We put the kids up front and the adults in the back. Works like a charm every time! :goodvibes
