Splash Mountain ?

We rode it 5 times on our last trip....front, middle and back and we barely got wet. Certainly not wet enough to interfere with plans later in the day/night.

I've been on and not gotten wet at all. I've been on and come off looking like I jumped into a pool with my clothes on. To an extent Disney controls how wet you get. But where you are sitting and how heavy your boat is also plays a part. As does the size of the guest sitting in front of you.

You'll get wet but we've never gotten drenched. If you get stuck by the waterfall, that's the worst. Even then, I wasn't soaked to the bone like on Kali River Rapids.

We got soaked before thevride really started - just as we were heading out, we were apparently right in the splash zone - soaked everyone in the log. Pure luck of the draw whether or not you get hit - it was cold inside the ride...

Where can we sit to get the least wet? We have an ADR at Narcoosees that night and I don't think we will be able to make it back to the hotel beforehand. Thanks!

You'd get the least wet on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

Like others have said, avoid the front row. Left side gets a little less wet from splashing. But a lot of it is timing, and makeup of the boat, completely random. It also depends on the weather/time of year. When we've been there in cool weather, they turn off the splash effects early in the ride. But you still get sprayed going down the big hill.

I think you get wet more from the other boats splashing than the actual drop. But as you've read, everyone has had a different experience. If you don't want any degree of wetness, you should ride it on another day.
