No one can tell you with certainty this early. I can tell you only that it is not unusual for Splash to close for refurbishment for some amount of time anywhere between January and March.

The last two visits we have made to WDW, Splash Mountain was down for refurb. One visit was February 23-March 5, 2014 and the second time was January 7-21st 2018.

Splash could be down in October as well. It really depends on what their plans are. It could be a one week refurb to 3 months if not longer. We don't know for sure until its on the schedule.
