splash mointain is running empty cars

Here now and just noticed that Splash Mountain had water running again, and empty cars are going through. I have no idea what it means for reopening. I'm seeing it from my vantage point in Frontierland waiting for the parade.

We were there on 3/9 and they were doing the same. They were also running logs with "dummies" that were pretty much rudimentary looking mannequin torsos. We also so one worker ride a log down.

I thought it was supposed to open today or tomorrow?
