Spirit's Big Front Seats?

I'm flying Spirit from DFW to MCO this coming Saturday (May 5th) and then flying them back home the next Saturday (May 12th). I have not yet purchased my seats, because I think I'd like to get one of the 'Big Front Seats'. They are currently $50.00 each way, but I remember reading somewhere that if they are not selling, that they frequently go down to like $15.00 as the flight gets closer. The plane is a Airbus 319, so has ten of those Big Seats. At the moment the outgoing flight has six of them empty and the flight home has seven of them empty. Do you think the price of those seats will decrease in the next couple of days and if so when? I'd hate to pay $100.00 r/t for those seats, just to go online the next day and find I could have got them for $30.00.

It's possible that the price for the Big Front Seats will go down, but there's no guarantee. I suppose the best bet is to check Spirit's website several times a day. Grab it immediately if it's available at a good price, because other passengers may be waiting for the price to drop too.

Once I overheard a check in agent offer a passenger a Big Front Seat for $20, so it's possible they might be available even as late at check in.
