I just booked this earlier this week. You get to pick cat 2 or 3. It shows you a little map.

My res now says cat 2 seating on it. I'm guessing where you actually sit in that category is first come, first sat?

Not first come, first served but first booked, first served.

So the earlier you book, the better your seat in your assigned Tier should be.

Good to know, I booked it at the 180 mark around 8am, a few days before free dinining was announced. We should be good then!

No. And I'm not sure why it would - since it's 2 credits for those on the regular dining plan anyway. But it doesn't.

Nope, users of the deluxe plan get the same as users of the regular plan.
