Hi, We did this show last New Year's Eve and thoroughly enjoyed both the meal and the show.

You start with pre-dinner drinks in a lovely open-air garden after being presented with a lei and having had your family photo taken. The photos were a bit pricey and because of the way we were posed it looks like I have got a wooden leg, but it is actually the canoe we stood next too! You then move into a semi-open air pavillion for your meal and the show. If you can get a seat near the stage you will have an excellent view but I think all the seats had pretty good views

We found the food to be excellent and plentiful, drinks and tips were included in the price. The show was a little contrived but fun and colourful with a little interaction - they got all the birthday people up on stage to houla which was quite fun. The really impressive aspects were the fire-eaters and fire-dancers. You cannot fault the effort put in by the dancers, very enthusiastic.

We have done the hoop de doo but prefer Aloha and would definately do it again.

Hope this helps you make up your mind.

We did this back in October 2006 - and loved it!

There were 5 of us - DH, DD5, DMum DDad and I. We were seated right at the front and DD was mesmerised by the whole show. As stated by Camac, the Fire Dancer was amazing! The food was good and there was plenty to go around.

I enjoyed it so much that I will probably return to see this show again with our DD at some point in the future.:goodvibes

We went last summer and really enjoyed it. Food was Ok but the real draw is the floor show.

Word of advice though, if you have small children, It was really hard for little ones to see from the back and most were bored long before the end. Even those near the front started to get tetchy long before the show ended. There was a 4 year old next to us who, although very well behaved, only really stuck it for half an hour. The family left before desert.

Thank you. We have a son age 9.5 and have cat 2 seats, I booked 190 days out, with the ddp you can only have cat 1 & 2, but I presume it will be a decent seat. Do you know id you can change dessert? Dh & Ds won't like it.
