Aloha has a full kitchen to help you. DS is allergic to wheat, soy, egg, dairy, peanut, some treenuts, sesame, buckwheat and shellfish. I think he mostly had chicken and rice, maybe corn and broccoli? That sounds right to me. I also specifically remember that they had a roll and butter for him which was really cool as it was one of two times on our entire trip he had any bread product, and the other time it was plain. I believe they had rice and almond milk available but I do not recall the brand, so if cross contamination is an issue you may want to know in advance which brands you are or are not ok with. Of course they will also have soy milk, I have no idea if there are nut issues with that. He was very impressed. We would go back if it wasn't for the cost... we did the most expensive seats and were in the worst spot of tier 1- none of our kids could really see any of the show because the rest of tier 1 was some sort of adult group that was very interactive with each other and kept moving about. (Worth it for the grownups, but the placement was a bit of a let down)
