I was going to book the 5pm show on September 23rd (my dd is 3 and wouldn't make it to the 8pm show). Will it be too hot at 5pm for the spirit of aloha show? I don't want to be miserable as I've heard its a long show. Thanks for your help.

I guess it depends on what YOU consider miserable? We were there last Oct, the 11-16 and it was hot EVERY day. The evenings were better by far, but it's Florida, so it's VERY humid. If you're not used to the humidity, you might wanna skip it. Ohana's is just as good and if you book a later ressie, you can see the fireworks and they pipe in the show so you can hear it all. Just an idea.;)

We have done SoA in September and it wasn't too bad, but one of the ways we tried to "beat the heat" was to book the 8:00 pm show rather than the earlier 5:00 pm show. It was still warm outside but not too uncomfortable at all.
