Hey all,

How cold is too cold for Spirit of Aloha? I've noticed that several shows have been canceled lately. We have 8:00pm reservations for Friday Jan 28th. How much notice do we usually get? Should we make 'back-up' ADRs? And can you recommend a themed, non-park, restaurant that may have room to support 6 guests if we should make back up ADRs?

Thanks,

David

The shows are only cancelled when the weather drops below 50 degrees, so I'd guess you'd get notice that morning. We were there in March several years ago, and it was cancelled on us due to the cold weather. I don't remember when we were notified but I doubt they'd cancel it a day or two prior without waiting to see if the weather will be different. I'd say you should probably make a backup ADR if you are concerned about it. Ohana should be able to accommodate you which is also at the Poly and gets great reviews.
