Who has flown them? What was your experience on them? Would you recommend them?

I have flown them 2-3 times and would fly them again. They are nothing fancy, but the price was right. I would recommend them. :)

I've flown Spirit 3 times so far. For the price of the fare, couldn't beat it. I paid $61 for one flight. What a deal!

Overall, it's pretty much you get what you pay for. No thrills, no extras, no nothing. There is Spirit Plus, the so called "business" class, but I have never flown that, so I can't comment.

If you get a cheap fare, then I definelty recommend flying Spirit.

Hope this helps, if you have any more questions, ask away!

We fly Spirit all of the time and they always get us where we want to go and back again.
Like others have said they are not fancy, no food served (unless you count pretzels as food), but the prices are usually right.
I think they are okay and I have no problem telling someone else to use Spirit.

Another who has flown Spirit. I love the direct flight from O'Hare to Orlando. While it's no thrills, the price is definately right. This from a non-flyer too.

We have two more trips booked through them -- March and May. I hope we have as much luck with them as we have had.

I've flown Spirit 4 or 5 times, my experience with them has always been good. I always use this airline when I fly to Orlando :)

I flew them once and, ditto what everyone else is saying...no frills, no thrills....fine with me. I love that I could get a great fare AND fly out of O'Hare (near me) rather than Midway (about an hour from me). I would recommend and, I would fly them again.
::yes::

I have flown them from home(Orlando) to Atlantic City to see family in Cape May. It is a no frills airline, the attendants are also very nice. My nieces mom is an attendant. She flies it all the time for free.

But anyway, it is a good airline for a cheap flight. If you are looking for comfort though, you wont find it here. Very small, and the planes needed some upkeep in my opinion.

But all in all...if they are a good price, go for it...and they also have a nice terminal out in MCO.

We flew Spirit to Las Vegas last summer and had no problems at all. The price was awesome and the people we dealt with at the airport and the attendants on the plane were very friendly.

I will fly them again any time!

I guess I will be the one negative person. Big surprise, but this is coming from a different angle as I was never a Spirit passenger. I had the "pleasure" of working with (not for) Spirit Airlines as I am involved in the aviation industry. I have a small list of airlines I will never fly and Spirit is one of them. For one reason, I am not a fan of the older aircraft they are using. Secondly, the people running the airline don't make me comfortable.

It seems like everyone here has good dealings with them, so perhaps my problems are more on a personal level.
