They're so ubiquitous - lots of dishes just simply wouldn't be "right" without them. There was a PP upthread that mentioned pureeing the things she doesn't like and adding them to recipes. That would totally work with onions.Onions.
I have a taste/texture aversion. No idea where it comes from, but even thinking about eating onions starts to make me reflexively start gagging.
I love things cooked/flavored with onions. It's just the things themselves which are a problem.
Green peppers hate me. Red peppers are fine though. That makes no sense to me.
