I took my first spin class yesterday and it was a GREAT workout. I do try to go to the gym everday however, so I would def say this is not for the beginner. However I was wondering if anyone knows how many calories you burn in one of these classes? I realize it will vary on the amount of resistance and the speed of the bike, but I'm just looking for a general idea.
I would def reccomend this class as a way for any intermediate or advanced exerciser to get your butt kicked! Try it and you'll love it!!

I don't think it can be beaten as low-impact cardio and killer lower body work. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself!
