Spidey upgrade: when in 2012?

Anyone know when the updates to Spiderman will be complete? Sounds like Universal will premiere both these improvements and Despicable Me at about the same time. The only thing I see is '2012', but nothing more specific than that.

I wanted Lou Holtz but I knew that would upset you when you grew up and wanted it, so I chose damo (it's o mad backwards) instead. Just trying to be accommodating. (See I spelled that right too!!!)
