yay parade pics!!!!

Mine were blurry sometimes too. A friend of mine who worked parades once told me to stand with your back to the bright lights instead of facing them and then your parade pics will be better. So..if you are in frontland, you need to be standing on the side of Pecos Bills/Country Bears and not across the street facing them. They have the bright lights on top of the building so when you stand across from them, the light will flash in all of your pics so it's best to stand on the side where they are at. They won't be hanging from the trees along the river!!! Just a lil tip to share!!

First, that is one GROSS and BIG SPIDER. I hate spiders.

I love the photos of Jasmine (and you) with the characters. What an awful thing for that woman to say to Jasmine. Does she not know that EVERYONE is a kid at Disney. Mark and I had a kid, about age 11, ask us that a couple of years ago while waiting to see Pooh and Tigger at the United Kingdom bookstore (aren't you guys kind of old to be taking pictures with characters he said; uh, no we are not and if you hadn't gotten out of line you wouldn't have lost your spot).

You got some good shots of the Halloween parade. It is so hard to get those with as fast as they are moving, dancing, etc. I love the one of Piglet.

Well, obviously I'm very late for this TR! I spent last night and all morning going through every post, so I'm all caught up!
I'm in the process of planning our next trip for September, and it will be our first MNSSHP, so I was happy to read about your experience! I'm working on a PTR and will hopefully have a TR as good as yours when we get back!

Too bad it was wet MNNSHP. In your pictures, it looks like everyone was wearing poncho's over their costumes.
I loved the Cruella & Maleficent interaction with Jasmine!

I cannot believe you were able to get a pic with the 7 Dwarfs & only has to wait 20 minutes. By other TR, it seems most people had to wait an hour or more. Great picture!

It sounds like Jasmine is having a great time on the cruise.
And, a sea Rescue - I can't wait to see the pics of that!

Yes, I know, mine was...I checked the room every night after we saw the spiders....it was definitely not relaxing in the room!

By 8pm the rain had completely stopped so it wasn't too bad...it just didn't feel great to have that damp feeling all night!

OMG, that spider is so gross! I think if I saw something like that I would've ran away screaming. LOL. My cousin did one of the professional internships in WDW and while she really misses living in FL, she does NOT miss the bugs. That must be one of them!

Great pictures from MNSSHP. The one of you ladies with Jane is particularly great.

And we certainly enjoyed the Super Bowl here in Wisconsin...yay Packers!

It was not crowded at all....the last MVMCP that we went to the crowd was nuts, so this was a pleasant surprise!

Fun Halloween party. You got some great character pics but that is so ridiculous for some lady to tell Jasmine to hurry up. Totally uncool. I'm glad you guys just ignore her.

You're right it was uncool and after I said to Jasmine...you have to feel sorry for people like that because they don't truly "get it"...pity!!Jasmine was terrified of getting lost....I guess we'll find out if she did or not in a few days!!

Jasmine wouldn't have gone near them either when she was little...she used to watch all the movies in the corner of the sectional behind the big pillows....it was too funny!

I have been thinking of you guys and the roof situation...I will pop over to your PTR and see if you have an update on that.....I would never ever think to tell someone they are too old....my parents went about 6 years ago with my sis and her family and my dad's face in the picture with Baloo makes me weep just thinking of how happy he was....and he was 70!!!

I thought I would give you a Jasmine Cruise Update!! My BIL sent me an email on Monday saying Jasmine had no cell service as they were at sea and that she didn't know what to do with her thumbs! Apparently the waiter has been giving her a hard time about bringing her blackberry to every meal That's good that he's keeping her in line! Apparently she spent most of Monday on deck by the pool then it was formal night that evening I believe....

Tuesday they were in Grand Cayman...again no cell service so I received another email from my BIL.....her and my sister had quite the time shopping! She apparently picked up a few things here for her boyfriend....

Wednesday they were in Cozumel....and I got a text on my way to work .... yes...she had cell service!! I don't know who was happier me or Jeff....he is sure missing her! He keeps checking in to make sure I am ok and don't need anything...he is a keeper!! Anyhoodle...her and her auntie were shopping again and her auntie bought her a belly button ring.....Then I got a text saying Coach, Burberry, or Louis Vuitton....don't ask any questions, just pick one.....ok....whatever you think I'll like. Now you all know Carrie Lynn...well we happen to be in the lunch room at the same time and she grabbed her phone and send Jasmine a text saying Burberry for me!!! Too funny....I'll take pictures of all her purchases when she gets home!!

I asked her what she was wearing to dinner last night and it was Pirates in the Caribbean Night....she took her Halloween costume so I can't wait to see the pictures!!!

Today they are at sea and tomorrow Castaway Cay....I doubt we'll be able to text until they are back in FL on Saturday!! I can't wait to have her home...boy have I missed her....it's been a long week for me but I bet it's flown by for them. I did ask her yesterday if she would cruise again and I got an instant YES...its sweeeeettttt mom!!!!

I was in Cozumel over the summer on a cruise with a girlfriend and saw the most beautiful purse ever. I attempted to buy it, but my credit card wasn't going through, even after I called to tell them it was ok. And I didn't have cash so no beautiful purse for me.

Isn't that the truth....I often wonder if she's in the fetal postion rocking back and forth in the corner of her room from withdrawal

Definite keeper! He works tomorrow from 3 -7 then he's coming straight to our house for dinner and then him and I will go pick her up at the airport!

I can't wait....I will be hooking that camera up to the TV as soon as we get in the door!!!

There is so much wrong with that....I hate when that happens on holiday. I work for a bank so I know to call before we leave...but it still happened two trips ago...they had to Fed Ex me a new card.....

Doesn't it? That will be our next trip after the August one...it will take a lot of saving but will be worth it in the end!!

One of my girlfriends bought a Burberry when they were in Vegas and I love it! Her hubby couldn't believe what she spent on it....but hey, we all work hard and deserve some treats sometimes right

Shopping is Jasmine's favorite pasttime....

He really is a sweetie...I noticed on his blackberry status that he has been counting down the days!! Too cute!! When I texted him about Saturday he said I'm so excited I just can't wait to see her!! Young Love

Me too....I wish she got in a little earlier....but then again we have all day and night Sunday to hear all about it

Jeff told me he's been practicing his slow-motion-running-towards-her-when-they-come-thru-customs....he told me to take a picture...he's forgotten she has the camera He is so funny and an absolute joy to have around!

I hope I can convince her to do even a small TR...if she does I'll get her to post the link here! I am so happy you and the girls have enjoyed it! I'll be starting our August PTR as soon as this one is complete...I hope you'll join us again...it just wouldn't be the same without you
