This menu looks fantastic - lots of my favorites. But I am wondering why I don't see too many reviews/references about this place. Do they make everything in-house? I would hate to order a plate of hummus, and find out it was just scooped out of a Sabras container (hey, I love Sabras, but I can get that any time!).

Any reviews would be great! Thanks!

Actually, I was looking to do this as a late lunch, so that I can have a really good cup of coffee here, and the rest of the family can maybe try one of their fancy cocktails? So looking for feedback for those items, too.

If you like lamb at all their rack of lamb is outstanding, better than others I've had on property. Waiter told us it is their most popular dish. Not an extensive menu here, but everything we have tried has been well prepared.

Don't know about the hummus, but seems it would be cheaper for them to make than to buy a commercial brand. The consistency seems a bit thinner than Sabra or the other I've had.

We went for dinner during Food & Wine last year, and had a view of IllumiNations from our table. We ordered drinks and a few "small plates." It doesn't particularly stand out in my memory, probably because we had so much great food that trip. But I can't remember anything being bad, either.

It was probably our best meal during our last visit. We each had one of the small plates as an app, and I had the lamb. Now, I'm VERY particular about how a rack of lamb is prepared, and this was one of the best I have ever eaten. They also have an interesting wine list. Service was excellent.

We really enjoyed it. We ordered several of the small plates and really enjoyed them--we went late afternoon like you're talking about. Service was outstanding as well. This was in November 2014 before it got added to the dining plan, so I'm not sure if that change affected anything food-wise, but I'd absolutely recommend it. I've never seen it particularly busy so that may be why you don't hear about it much.

We went in August and really enjoyed it. Between the two of us we had almost all the small plates and really enjoyed them. Got a great view of Illuminations too.

We've been twice and really enjoyed it a lot. First time, we went late afternoon and enjoyed beer, wine and several small plates - all delicious. Second time we went for dinner and sat on the patio and watch Illuminations. It was again delicious. I had the mixed grill skewers and they were delicious.
Enjoy

Thanks all - I think I will add it to my list. I especially like the fact that it never seems crowded. So hard to find a quieter "cafe" experience in World Showcase. I know DH and DS will go for those grill skewers and DD and I will go for that vegetable platter. I drink green tea all the rest of the time, but a really good cup of coffee in the afternoon is mandatory for me, so this place seemed to fit that particular bill.

I really enjoyed the calamari app & baked brie. I also have tried a couple different cocktails which were both good. The service was excellent. I am definitely planning to return.

We really like it there! Went once when it first opened and the menu was just small plates. Although we really enjoyed it, we felt as if it was a little expensive for the portion size. We went back last visit and they had added entrees. My husband and I split the calamari appetizer and the vegetarian platter and had more than enough food and it was delicious! Sparkling sangria was yummy too!

Always our first stop to eat on our trips. Absolutely love this place. Totally underrated in my opinion, plus I like the unique menu not the typical same 4 proteins most Disney owned restaurants serve

We loved it in April, we had the calamari, hummus fries, and lamb sliders. We thought it was delicious. The hummus fries were so good, I had never had anything like the fries and loved them.

NOTE1: Spice Road Table is a lake-side eatery at Epcot Morocco. It's a "Table Service"
eatery, and serves tapas and small-plate meals. Menu items include zesty harissa chicken
drumettes, Mussels Tagine cooked in traditional earthenware pots, garlic jumbo shrimp and
Mediterranean omelets with sausage, potatoes and caramelized onions. Spice Road Table is
open daily with World Showcase, 11:00am to Park close, serving lunch and dinner. Inspired
by the outdoor cafes along Mediterranean, Spice Road Table overlooks the Lagoon and offers
waterfront views. The eatery has great views of Illuminations,
.
NOTE2: If you wish an ADR to see Illuminations from the eatery, I recommend 1½-hours
prior to the Illuminations start-time. It is not hard to use up the time with food and drink.
Any closer, other people will be at those tables, and are unlikely to surrender their view.
The only caveat is there might be tree limbs in the way of a perfectly unobstructed view.

What are the percentage of tables with an illuminations view? Is it easier or harder than R & C to get a view?

Low. Only about 5 along rail and probably a few tables next to them. But a tree/island in the way too. No where to stand like R&C, you'll have to stay at your table. In picture you can see I'm standing on outside rail so that is full length of patio. Lots of columns and low ceiling so farther back not a great view if you really wanted to watch.

Some inside seats, probably about the same, but island even more an issue.

To OP:

I loved it. Went in a hummus-hater, came out loving it!!! Very good.

We tried SRT last trip - travel mates are pushing for a res next trip. We're not huge Mediterranean eaters but it was great - hummus was amazing and definitely NOT sabra. Friends say it's spoiled them for all other bread services!
