My favorite is basil, fresh or dried. Second favorite is cumin. I can't help but close my eyes after opening those containers and smelling them. When we cut sodium from our diet, herbs and spices became so important. I grow lots of fresh herbs in the summer and dry the extra for use over the winter.
I also agree with smoked paprika. Roasted cauliflower is leveled up with a few spinkles of it.
