SPH vs Veranda???

Question for Keith & Co. or anyone else who might know: In your post, you said 5520/Magic did not have the steamer trunk? I am booked in 5020/Magic in Oct 04. Does this room have the trunk? Are rooms without the trunk smaller than rooms with (since there doesn't seem to be room for the trunk when it is not there). I have been in 5524/Wonder with a trunk & 2514/Wonder without a trunk. We sure used the storage space.

Thanks for any help.

Good question! When we were in 2612 we didn't have a trunk and 7104 had a trunk. Whats the deal with the trunks?

Do category 8's for 4 people have the trunks.

Doesn't that sound like a Seinfeld episode. LOL

Also, In the passporter it shows the category 8 room i'm booked in, is for 3 people, I booked it through DCL and they know 4 of us will be on board. In the passporter it shows only a handful of category 8 cabins sleep 4. It does state that the information about the staterooms may have discrepancy's from DCL and the brochure. Just curious, if anyone knows how many category 8's sleep 4 and which ones they are.

Thanks
Joanna

DCL will not book you in a room that can't hold you, don't worry. The first edition of Passporter had some room capacity errors that I believe the new edition has corrected. It has our Wonder cabin as only holding 4 and there are 5 of us.
We have TWO SPH rooms booked for 7/04, and it is $2000 cheaper than one category 4 verandah room! I sure with the other categories were even an option, but I wouldn't give up any of my kids!;)
