Spending one day in MK. Which sit down restaurant would you eat at?

Although we seem to be in the minority, we really love Be Our Guest! I will go out of my way for it. Especially at Christmas time. The Christmas trees and the falling snow - I think it's really beautiful. And those cupcakes

We love BOG breakfast but it isn’t open right now. But we also love CRT breakfast hence why I suggested it We were fans of the original BIG dinner menu and we do not like the new prix fixe one. Plus lunch is the same as dinner right now, so until that switches back, I wouldn’t recommend it for lunch.

Falling snow???? We also love BOG although it's been a few years since we've been there. We've never been at Christmas time. What's the falling snow situation?

I've tried Plaza, BoG, Crystal Palace, and Skipper Canteen. Plaza is decent. BoG is overpriced. CP is just not good. If you're determined to stay in the park then I'd recommend Skipper Canteen.

Through the window in the far back of the Ballroom, you can see snow falling "outside," if you're close enough to the window. It doesn't fall inside the dining area.

In the main dining room behind the glass. This picture doesn't do a great job of capturing it, but it will snow behind the glass and it feels so Christmassy with all the trees up

Going to be at MK in two weeks and cannot decide which restaurant to eat at. It's just my husband and I.

Honestly I would completely refrain from eating at MK. If completely desperate I would eat at SC.

We always enjoy Tony’s, like Plaza as well. We are doing Plaza and CRT bkfst for upcoming Dec trip.

If I had to do sit-down in the park I would likely choose Crystal Palace.

But, based on the current reviews I would walk over to the Contemporary for Steakhouse 71.

We like Be our guest (the priciest, fixed price 3 course meal), Liberty tree tavern (family style fixed price), and Skipper Canteen (a la carte, cheapest of these options.)

Agreed, looks good. Seems they kept the good stuff from the Wave and added steaks. Sounds good to me.

I ate at Skipper Canteen and found the food & service pretty terrible for what it cost.
I don't think there are any amazing TS restaurants at MK. I would say have dinner at one of the resorts.

Quick walk to The Grand Floridian for a nice dinner at Narcoossee's or another short walk to The Contemporary for some bacon and eggs at Steakhouse 71
