Speediest way to get from AKL to CR?

We have Boma ADR's for 5:00 and a fireworks cruise planned for 7:30 PM - can anyone tell me the fastest way to get to the CR from the AKL?

Is an hour is enough time to plan for travel?

If you could drive, that would be your best option. If you have to take a bus, it will all depend on when the buses are running. You might hit it lucky and get a bus right away. You might be waiting 20 minutes. It is a good 10 to 15 minute ride on a bus from AKL to CR. You might consider taking a cab.

I would definitely recommend taking a cab! It will cost about $15 plus tip and you will go straight from dinner to your cruise. Waiting on buses to arrive and rushing from bus to monorail when you're in a hurry is not very satisfactory.

Otherwise, take the MK bus from AKL and then walk over or take the monorail to CR. This could take an hour total.

If you do end up taking the bus from AK to MK, I would highly recommend walking. If you walk from the bus stop to the monorail, you are going to be heading in the opposite direction and who knows how long of a wait for a monorail. The walk from the MK bus stop to CR is less than 10 minutes.
