Speculation from New FP+ Survey

Yes. And it's strange that any system where some might possibly end up with the ability to ride more than others gets people upset. They'll never be able to mitigate some advantages and fully even the outcomes, whether it's getting their early or bring able to ride more by being in the park longer (FP or not). It is amazing how much some people worry about what others might get.

Agreed. And if I could add to that, is this not true anywhere you go? If we go to our local theme park we get to do more if we arrive early than we do if we arrive when the late sleepers or those 'just stopping by' arrive. If they arrive late and spend more time in the park than we do, they may very well end up getting more done, but life is like that, fair or not: you are generally rewarded for your efforts and that includes a combination of planning and sometimes the inconvenience of sacrificing a late sleep in on the morning of.

I suggest the non-existent, (yet), Option D which would allow people 3 FP per day for the number of days of their stay, (5 night reservation = day actual park days), and then allow them to use them however they wish, just like dining credits. You stay 5 nights/6 days, you get 18 FP credits to use however you choose. You want to use all 18 in one day? Fine. You want to spread them out? Great. You want to use all 18 for TSMM over 6 days, or ride it 18 times in one day? You got it.

I don't think this option would meet the criteria/objectives that Disney are looking to benefit from by implementing this system.

I agree. Worded any way one wants, the ultimate objective of this new technology and its "lock it in" mantra is that Disney wants to "lock you out of" Universal Studios. They want you on property for all days of your vacation. That means they do not want you front-loading your days with headliners and then sneaking up I-4 for two or three days.

Hmmm, thats weird, the survey that is shown in ethanwa's post with screenshots shows the three options in different order. for example, as shown in his post Option B is the rolling 3 FP Option. thats what id choose.
I wonder if you received a different survey?

I took it as well. Even within the survey they moved the questions in different order on different pages. It's a good way to make sure you read it all, gets them more honest answers. My DD recently took the DCP web based interview survey and it was a "timed" test that asked the same questions over and over in completely different ways so they could see your honest answers.

You could use them all on days 1, 2 & 3. Then go to Universal & Sea World on days 4 & 5. I don't think they want that.

Hey, since we know Disney reads these boards (been stated by Pete more than once) someone should just make the 3 options a poll and we can tell them what we all think.
