Spectromagic at MK Closing Time-June

I've looked at Disney's online park schedule and it shows Spectromagic being at the same time as park closing as well as 2 hours before closing (i.e. 9pm and 11pm). Do they really have 2 Spectromagic parades on the same night during the busy season with one at closing time?

If yes, do the entrance to the rides close at park closing time but the rides continue to operate until the lines are empty?

Yes, there will be two Spectros during that time. The second is at 11:00 which is listed as park closing time. I can't answere the question about the ride lines because we are always watching the last Spectro.

Exactly. The CM will put the chain up across the entrance (or close the gate or whatever) at closing but if you make it into the line before close, you will get to ride.

Last week, I got in line for EE right at 5:00 p.m. (the CM's there waited until 5:01 on the Fast Pass return time clock to put the chain up) and got in line for Buzz just before 12:00 a.m. (the CM's there were looking at their watches and counting off the seconds until 12:00).

Yes they do.

That's another way that Disney "aims to please".

That's not to say there might be times, if there is going to be a VERY LONG line, they might close the line to further entry a bit before posted closing, but since Fast Pass, this rarely should happen.

If you are ALREADY in the queue-line at park-closing time, they will continue to board and operate until the last one in line has ridden.
