Spectro parade and Crystal Palace

So I'll try again!

Does anyone know if the Spectromagic parade passes the Crystal Palace?

It 'passes', but a distance away as it comes down Main Street then goes around the small 'park' in front of the Castle but to the right (CP) is on the left. Then it crosses the bridge to Liberty Square. You could see some of it but you would have an obstructed view on the Main Street portion and some blockage of view when it crosses the bridge in front of you. The huge 'bat' at the end of the parade has to fold its wings to have adequate clearance. At least this is what I remember.

My idea is to have dinner at Crystal Palace while Spectro is going on outside. I don't necessarily have to see anything, but for sentimental reasons, I just want to know that the parade is going on right outside with all the excitement and music and magic, while I'm in the Crystal Palace.

iF That is your plan you are probably in a GREAT spot! You can hear the music and see some of the lights and not get mauled in the herd of people. I know you will enjoy it a lot! Watching them cross the bridge should be pretty unobstructed anyway. also you are elevated. Why not stand on the porch of the CP?
