Any rumor or news if this is returning? I know it had a LOOOOONNNGGGGG run in Magic Kingdom. Is it me or is the Electrical Parade getting a little old (boring old)? Much prefer spectromagic v. electrical parade. ALBIET both have addicting/repetitive/slightly annoying sound tracks to them. This is a stretch but wouldn't it be nice to have some nights as spectromagic and others the electrical parade? And yes, I am completely aware of the underlying factor and its....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Okay missed that memo! Guess that explains that...thanks

Hm just did a refresher on the pins. Looks like it was all costume pieces that were used in the pins. Perhaps the floats are still around. 1 did make an appearance at Wine and Dine 2012 but not sure if it has been around since.

I don't know which warehouse they had it in but I know that had to make room for the fantasy parade with how huge everything turned out to be so I'm thinking there was a lot of purging... I never saw pieces of it hit the various stores/resellers that buy up anything disney is done with and sells it so who knows where it actually is.

I guess it shall be just a distant memory/home video! Interesting to know where it has gone. Well if anyone has a picture of the limited edition pin, that'd be pretty cool to see.

No then floats were left outside which after a long time they began to rot. They couldn't be saved anymore so they were just trashed altogether.

This photo was taken shortly after the parade closed... the floats were hauled away quickly.

What dolt made that decision with this priceless treasure?

It's gone for good...I can't see them "recreating" Spectro.

But it also had what amounts to a nearly 20 year run. She had tire bones and deserved our retirement.

And who made that decision?

"Oh, nobody enjoys that parade and it really does not fit into the magic that we try to provide at the park. Let's just trash it."

It must have been a considerable financial investment to produce this outstanding attraction. To let it rot and discard it was a blunder.

Funny part was while it ran people complained that they wanted electrical parade back and Spectro wasn't as good
