Can anyone recommend a location to stake out where I can view (with my 3 young, restless children) both Spectro and then remain to view FITS (preferably with a view of Tinkerbell in the air).

Also, with my 3 young ones, claiming our spot too far in advance of Spectro may be problematic. We plan on catching the May 6th showing which is a Tuesday night. Any suggestions as to how close I can cut it to the 8:30 Spectro.

Thanks.

Hi jsfein. Welcome to the DIS. I'm really glad you found us.

I'm going to suggest that you ask this question over on our Disney for Families board, as well as asking it here. There are some DISers over there who know all the best parade viewing spots for little kids. I think you would get some great advice.

Now, since my only child just turned 28 and I don't know the answer to your question, I'm going to bump this back to page one for you so that some of our veterans can offer you advice.

You'll miss Tink, but a great spot for viewing both is in front of the Liberty Tree Tavern. Great viewing for both, but no Tink.

The best spot to see both would be the right side of the hub facing the castle. The bad news is you would have to stake out a curb spot at least 60-90 minutes before. If you watch the parade in Frontierland, you wouldn't need to find a spot as early. You could then cut through Fantasyland and head for the Tomorrowland Bridge to see Tink fly.
