Spectacular Star Wars September Exercise Challenge

A special mid-morning update to announce that the team has turned Luke Skywalker Blue!:yay:

Also two individual color changes this morning:

2TxAgs to Luke Skywalker Blue

and

chbc to C-3PO Orange

A bit of C-3PO trivia: C-3PO's costume kept breaking down during shooting Star Wars, starting the first day. The left leg even shattered, with a piece spearing Anthony Daniels' foot. In light of all the problems, they started filming many shots of C-3PO from the waist up. In the early films, it took about 2 hours to get Anthony Daniels in or out of the outfit; the head itself took 30 minutes (which since has been reduced to about 8 seconds!). And he couldn't sit; to rest, he had to lean against a board. In scenes where you see C-3PO sitting, either you don't see below the waist or Anthony Daniels sat without the costume and they built it around him.

I did not know any of that on C3PO, very interesting. Planning on re-watching the movies sometimes this fall, so will have to pay attention to that.

I'm glad you're enjoying the trivia. I hadn't watched the movies in years until last spring (before we went to Star Wars weekends) and I really enjoyed them after such a long break.

Phew, I am beat but I am happy to say that I am at 435/1200 tonight!

That's a fabulous increase!:worship:

I am officially on vacation starting today! So I added a hiit cardio to my planned workout of abs/cardio blend and a toning routing for a total of 70 minutes, which brings me to 165/900. Trying to get a few extra workouts in before we leave for WDW on Tuesday morning, so I feel a little less guilty for missing my workouts and ditching my diet for almost a week :rotfl:

After an unscheduled day off on Friday, I did a quick 10-minute video on Saturday.

158/1250

Since it's a few minutes after midnight here, I guess it's officially Sunday. I've got a run planned for later and then a big family lunch. So basically, I will be eating any calories I burned off.
