Specific Room?

Hello,

I have requested a specific room when we go back this year, our travel agent is aware of it (as I have told them a hundred times) so is there anything else I can do to ensure I get this room?

The reason I want it so much is it is the same room where we got married 2 years ago and it means a lot to us?

Fax your request directly to the hotel about 3 weeks before your arrival and follow that up with a call a couple of weeks later. TBH I've never requested an exact room so I don't know how successful you will be. Good luck...

The Room Assigners will try to meet requests, but they're not guaranteed. Also, they're reported to be completely hacked off with faxed requests. Your best chance of getting what you want is to make sure it's noted on your reservation. The rooms are assigned in advance, so the check-in clerk won't be able to do anything about it if your request hasn't been met.
