Specials to look for

OK, I know lots about different things to watch for with WDW, free dining, pin codes for discounts for resorts, that kind of thing. My question is, does DL have some items that seem to be offered from year to year that help bring down the overall cost of the trip. I am looking for spring, primarily May for next year. I just have no idea if things are offered.

In the past few years, there really haven't been that many discounts during May. The bulk of the discounts (Everyone pays kids price, 2 days free etc.) have been for January-April. However, this year they're doing a "Buy 3 nights, get 2 free" promo from April-September, so it's definitely possible that something like that will be happening next year too. This year they're also doing some kind of "Kids Fly Free" promo, but I don't know the specifics on that one.

The "Kids fly free" promo is partnered through Alaskan Airlines. It is a great deal if you are near any of the qualifying airports AA uses. Also, DLR emails pin discounts a few times a year. But as mentioned above, it is usually for value seasons. This summer however, they emailed many of us a code for 35% off hotels at DLR. GOod deal. Maybe sign up for "my disneyland" on Disney web site. After I did that I started getting promos, not to mention a phone call from Disney travel agents a couple times with offers. I wish they would allow us to pass on the pin codes if we are not using them. I would gladly give mine to someone staying onsite! Good luck to you !

Travel Codes would be amazing if shared!!
I have only recieved a code once, and it was amazing. We stayed at WDW Saratoga Springs for 40% off. Awesome!!
I got that offer mailed to me after I sighned up and had the DVD mailed to me.

I will keep alert for anything that would save money as time draws near to our DL trip. I did get a pin code for the first time this year for WDW that saved me quite a sum.

Unfortunately by the time we go to DL my son will be 17 yrs old and he is the baby we laugh as he is also the tallest, even taller than his father by 4 inches.

I know I have seen lots of airline deals this year, hopefully we will get something great next year.
