Special version of Universal 360 for HHN?

According to an article in todays Orlando Sentinel, they will be running a special version of Universal 360 for the HHN nights, featuring old Universal horror movie clips. Would you have to be inside, attending the HHN, to see this? We will be staying at Portofino Bay, are waffling about attending HHN. Our girls are 9 & 11 and it may be too intense for them. I thought that maybe we could see the Universal 360 part from somewhere close to the resort or something. Is this possible?

I don't think they'll be using many fireworks. Mostly in-park effects.

That's what I thought. I was hoping that we might be able to see the ball part, but you probably have to be in the actual park for that.

Yes, you have to be in US to see them; they are in the park's interior lagoon.

I don't know if this has been posted elsewhere, but Universal 360 will also be running from December 26th through December 31st.
