We have never been to Disneyland..coming in on the Magic this month..I know exactly what our special treats are at Disneyworld any ..not to be missed treats..at Disneyland..thanks

Make reservations ahead of time at Blue Bayou. Request waterside seating.

Cotton Candy...it just takes better at Disneyland...lol...

aaaaaaaaaaah, churros-------nirvana

The cinnamon rolls form the Main Street Bakery.

Chicken Skewers(or any kind of skewer) from the Bengal Barbecue.

Beignets with fruit dipping sauce(I think they're listed as fritters) from the Mint Julep Bar or the Royal Street Veranda

Carmel apples from the candy store in Downtown Disney. Try the apple of the month!

Tigger tails in critter country, all different types. (that and the forzen bananas.)

I second anything from the bengal BBQ! That and breakfast on the Riverbelle terrace, and Jambalya at the French Quarter.
An old fashioned traditional treat is Fantasia ice cream !

No trip is complete to DL without a Tigger Tail, a Mint Julep, a Dole Whip and a meal at the French Market (Jambalaya for me, Mickey nuggets for my son).

Definitely do lunch at the Blue Bayou (dinner is more expensive). I recommend making your PS as early as possible to get one of the first of the day and when you arrive ask for a table by the water. You may have to wait a bit longer but it is well worth it. The atmosphere is fanstastic. Waving to the boats as they go by is fun, especially for kids.

What is a Tigger tail?

A top treat for us is the brownies from Marceline's (they have a few different flavors - all good and fudgy).

Tigger Tails are 3 marshmallows on a stick, dipped in caramel, then dipped in orange colored white chocolate, with milk chocolate stripes drizzled on. There are other varieties of the marshmallow treats, my favorite used to be dipped in fudge, but they don't make that flavor anymore. The S'mores flavor is also good, dipped in milk chocolate then dipped in graham cracker crumbs.

Dole Whip a must! Apple Pop'ins at Hungry Bear Restaurant or at Village Haus. At DCA - it's the caramel popcorn or Catch A Flave ice cream - you can swirl in the flavor of your choice into soft serve ice cream - yummmmm! :cool1:

I also agree on the mint juleps and fritters from the Mint Julep bar, and the Jambalaya at the French Market Restaurant. I haven't been to Disneyland until I've had them to eat and drink!

You will only find the Tigger Tail at Pooh's Corner in Critter Country, right next to the Pooh ride. But you can get other flavors at the Candy Palace on Main Street or in Marciline's (sp) in Downtown Disney.
