Special Tours & 'Extras'

Hi all

I'm heading back out in October with the DH and a couple of friends for my birthday and was wondering if their any special things that you guys could recommend. We have previously done the Keys To The Kingdom tour over in Orlando and was wondering if they did anything like that in Paris? Obviously whatever we do needs to be in English if it is language dependant. Any suggestions, hints or tips you have would be fantastic
