Last time we went to DL my kids always arrived to our hotel room with a special gift(s) from *Mickey and Friends* with a personalized note. This year I would like to do the same but a little different. The kids even were talking to one another wondering if Mickey would have a little present for them waiting. Last time we went I had bought a couple of DL Princess stuff such as journals, stickers, autograph books, etc. Both are past the Princess stage. Any other ideas of what to get them?

Tink always has a present and letter for my DD waiting for her in our room (which means I have to occupy her elsewhere while I hurriedly pull it out of the luggage and stash it somewhere in the room!!! ) She usuallys gets a new nightgown, some disney dollars, a few snacks, gum, glow necklaces, and a new pin for her lanyard. The presents have changed over the years since she is growing up but she always, always, always looks for her present from Tink.

We do the same thing....I seem to go back to the room a lot because "I forgot something" on our way to the park.

We bring things that are easy to pack.... books, stickers, glow sticks, pajamas (which we have to bring anyway), bath stuff, usually a stuffed Disney animal, disney dollars, etc. We have found this cuts down a ton on our spending in the park. I also keep track of what he finds at the park he likes and have it sent back to the bell desk that way he knows Mickey was watching him while at the park and saw what he liked.

How about Disney Dollars for them to pick out a little something on their own?

My girls get something every night when we get home from the park (since they know it cuts down on asking for things when we are at the park). The first night they get new Disney Pjs then things I find at the Disney Store on sale. Like a new shirt to wear the next day, one of the fold up hair brushes, Tink tattoos, pins and other little things I find. My girls are all ages 11, 9, 8, 3, and 11months and all love to get gifts, who wouldn't.
