My sons are 6 and 8. As other suggested, they loved the Family Magic Tour!
In May they went on the Albatross Pirate Cruise and loved that. It sounded really fun. I liked the Family Magic Tour better because I was with them and saw how much fun they were having!
One thing that my sons really love are the character meals! They love Chef Mickey's and breakfast with Stitch at 'Ohana.
On this trip my DS8 was obsessed with the Robot Race at Innovations in EPCOT. DS8 loves video games and sports, so this was perfect for him. This is a free attraction - each person gets to design a robot (on the computer) and then you race the robot against the other players by running on a mat. It's really funny and the kids all loved it. At the end you can build a little robot and take it home.
DS6 LOVES pin trading. One hint is to start off with some inexpensive pins that your child does not like. On our first trip my son did not want to trade any because he loved the ones I bought.
