Special Reservations at YC/ BC ??

I have special reservations at YC/ BC because of a problem with my reservation on our last visit. Does anyone know what it is to have a "special reservation"??? We prefer other deluxes to the YC/ BC, so I want to be sure it's something really "special" if we were to follow up on it and stay there again.

sounds to me like you'll be getting some special treatment of some kind, but I really don't know. I would call and ask.

However, I have a better idea. YC/BC is my favorite resort. In fact, we won't stay anywhere else....so my idea is you can give me the special reservation and I'll go in your place.

Do you have this 'special reservation' thing in writing? or was it a verbal thing?

I have heard of it before when someone had a problem with the room condition at wilderness lodge.. there were peanut shells on the carpet and their child was severely allergic to peanuts... they complained via letter and received a response saying their next stay would be looked after personally.. they just had to let them know when they were coming back and would have special arrangements made for them.

I don't know if they ever went back... but that is what I recall happening.
