Special rate for ssr this summer?

Yes...DW and I just got an AP rate at SSR (never been there...EXCITED!) for next weekend...Studio for $159 +tax. It's worth checking...although I'm not a DVC member, I considered renting points and I couldn't believe how many more points you use on the weekend!

Good luck...our TA pulled off a miracle. But, if something was found for next weekend, that's a pretty good sign!

Any "insider" tips about SSR?

If your getting a studio, it is a better rate using the AP. However, if your booking a 1 or 2 brm you are better off calling member services & see if it's available paying cash with your 25% discount.
