Special purchase option with a purchase??

I remember that on a previous trip there was the option to purchase a WDW bag with a purchase of a set dollar value. Is there a special purchase option with purchase currently at the shops? I'm not sure if this was just a way to get rid of unwanted overstock or what, but I would be interested in if this is available and what the special item is?

When we were there two weeks ago, with a $25 purchase, you could buy a backpack for $9.95, a beach towel for $14.95 or a pin trading starter set for $19.95.

When I was there one week ago, they just offered me the backpack and pin starter set. Got the backpack; it's pretty cute but it's small and probably wouldn't hold up to carrying heavy books.

We bought the backpack. It is definitely on the smaller side, cute and I agree, no heavy books!

We were there last week and I agree with the PPs regarding the current options. We got the beach towel! (I love me some beach towels! ) I'll try to take a picture later if anyone wants to see.
