Special or unique dessert

We are looking for a special or unique dessert at either Disney Springs or at one of the resort restaurants. There are 4 of us and we were planning on "The Kitchen Sink" at Beaches & Cream, but they are going to be closed. We are now considering "The Chocolate Extinction" at T-REX. Anyone else have any good ideas? (Disney Springs or Resorts). Thanks

That's interesting. We have never tried it either. I know what it looks like, but I have no idea what a Baked Alaska is made of. I will have to "google" it. Thanks for the feedback.

Baked Alaska is essentially an ice cream creation covered with a meringue topping. Often the ice cream is done and creative ways with different layers.

It is like down home cooking. I love the Buttermilk Chicken and the Pork Chop.
