Special Offers not online?

So the website won't let me check availability for special offers online and wants me to call (I hate calling lol) was wondering if anyone knows why this is? Is this new or does my iPhone suck? Lol.

Side note, the "Save up to 30% on Rooms at Select Disney Resort Hotels in Late Summer" deal is what % off is Poly?

No comment on iPhones (I'm an android girl), but the site is working fine on a regular computer...
