Special Offer Questions~~How does it work?????

I have been to Disney World numerous times but I never get special offer cards, e-mails or pins. My dad gets them with two trips, my sister gets them with 8 and my other sister gets them and she has more trips than I have been on. So why do I never get a special offer sent my way??? I realized most offers are made available to the public and I always book on one, but still...

I wish we had the answer to that. No one really knows for sure why some people get codes and others don't. I am going with a psychic mouse decides who is most likely to take advantage of the PINs and who is most likely to visit regardless.
