Special note on booking form ?

When I rang and booked our trip, I had a long chat with the reservation CM, as you do about previous visits etc. and at the end he said I'm going to put a special note on your booking as you're a frequent visitor.

Well I've checked my booking form and there's nothing on there, I'm sure people have mentioned similar conversations, but did you actually get anything extra at the hotel, not expecting anything, but intrigued why he'd bother to say if you don't.
