Special Non-Degree

I was told today about a program called "special non degree" where you are able to start taking graduate courses. I know you have to be enrolled in a college to do the college program or just graduate to be able to do the CP....but what about if I'm a special non degree student? Does disney count that as being enrolled in college or would they say that I've been out of college and I can't apply since I'm no longer " a college student" really? Has anyone come across this? I'm still learning about this..so I'm not sure if you are still considered a student or not when you enroll in non-degree or if your seen as just taking a few classes from the college..??

I've never heard of that, but I know you can't be taking courses through a college while still in high school. Maybe it's sort of the same thing. I was actually going to apply for the Fall of 08 since technically I had done a years worth of college credit work during my senior year of high school but then I read that.
