I have a 5 year old autistic son and plan to visit Walt Disney World and Universal Studios this summer. Is there an autistic pass (similar to handicap) that is available at both type of theme parks? If so, what are the requirements to obtain a pass? Please advise as I have used one while in California at Disneyland and am not sure if it's the same in Florida. :yay:

The information you need is in the disABILITIES FAQs thread near the top of this board. There is a section about GACs (Guest Assistance Cards) in that thread.
It works fairly similarly in WDW and in Universal.

In the disABILITIES FAQs thread, there are also some links to past threads about travel with someone with autism, including a link to a helpful trip report.
