We want to get a special needs jogging stroller before our next trip to DW. We are interested in the Special Tomato Jogger. Does anyone have one? Any other suggestions? Thanks
we have a special tomato but the push chair style. it is nice and sturdy also. we would recommend it. we were lucky to have the neuro dr write a prescription for it and insurance covered it.

Thanks! We are getting a prescription for ours too and the jogging type looks just like what we need. I had never heard of this brand before & figured someone on here would have input
We have a convaid cruiser. I originally went to the medical equipment place with the tomato or the maclaren in mind. He recommended the convaid instead. I love it, it pushes so easy, and my daughter is heavy. Private insurance denied it for BS reasons. I didn't appeal since her secondary (medicaid) said they would pay for it. Good luck!
this is our first special stroller, so we don't have any to compare it to except a regular stroller. we needed it because she was outgrowing the reg ones. I think the quality is good, and it pushes easy. I am sure the jogger style would be nice also. only thing I miss is a cup holder, so we had to buy one to hook on. good luck with your new one.
We have the ST jogger and a Convaid Cruiser. Comparing the two side by side, it is clear the that ST is a "cheap" adaptive stroller. We hardly use it except to bring it on the beach - we don't want to ruin the Cruiser. With that said, if we had no comparison, we would think it is more than adequate. It's not like it has fallen apart or anything.
