Have any of you heard of a special medical pass for those with medical complications or disabilities that allows the person and their family to by-pass lines for attractions at WDW? Does Disney offer something like this and if so what do you know about it?

The only front of the line pass WDW offers is to Make a Wish kids on their Wish trip.

Disney does offer other assistance most often in the form of a GAC (Guest Assistance Card), which you can read about in the sticky at the start of this thread. The card is not a pass and is not intended to shorten the wait in line(and states so on the card).

There is not a "front of the line pass" -- children on their wish trip MAY get that offered to them (but even that is not guaranteed.)

What are your needs? Why do you think you will need help? Please be specific and then someone may have some suggestions for you.

Since the question was answered, I am closing the thread.
