Special Events at Disney?

I've seen posts about how crowded Jersey Week is, for the Wine deal, and the Parade filming, but how do you know when these events are so you can avoid them?

I know there's other "special event" days/weeks, if anyone has a good list of all of them I'd sure appreciate it!
