Special event hours at Epcot in August

Hi, We're also going over Labor Day wknd. I knew about the Sept 6, 7:45am EMM at MK; however, I see on my phone, but not on my laptop, there is a 7:45am event at Epcot as well as AK. Is this a mistake? So, all parks have a special EM event on Sept 6?

OP, I half expected something to be announced already. But they probably need a while to get the kinks worked out of the ride. So they don't have do refund a bunch of event admissions.

Looks like a mistake. On September 2, it's showing every park and venue with special event and extra magic hours. I really like the one for Disney Springs. My guess is drunk programmers.

So, is there a EMM planned for Epcot? What is OP referring to with FEA, similar to EMM in MK but in EPCOT? Is there one planned for EPCOT?

Nothing has been announced. I think a bunch of us just assume the demand is there and Disney won't want to ignore the potential dollars to be made.

I see it on my phone with the app but not on my laptop; so wondering if it is going to happen (some people first saw EMM on their phones, not on laptops). Just wondering if anyone knows if it is coming....? Trying to plan our Labor Day trip, and this EPCOT 7:45am special event shows on my phone on Tuesday, Sept 6.

Just like the 2 credit character meals a few weeks ago, I wouldn't read too much into this at this point. Sure, they certainly COULD add EMM, but it's probably a bit too early for it yet.

I say the over/under is 0. The 3 rides are too far apart. I could see them doing one with Frozen with m&g and breakfast.

I think they need to do an abbreviated version of the MK event. Open Akershus at 7 for event guests. At 8 they scoot out to ride FEA and meet the sisters when the regular breakfast crowd moves in. They don't need an extra ride to make this work. The hassle factor is high enough people would pay to miss the crowds.

True. But I'd love it if they'd throw in Soarin' or TT. I think TT would be the more likely candidate, as it's closer to the "Norway" pavilion. With that arrangement, I could make my one useful EPCOT FP for Soarin' and do a morning event for FEA, A&E M&G and TT. I'd probably part with $70 pp for that.

They could do BOTH and just give everyone separate colored wrist bands. Frozen breakfast like RTK described and then one in future world utilizing a restaurant in that area. Although soarin' and test track are kind of far apart aren't they?
