Special dinners & place for epcot fireworks?

Are the roped off areas for the Epcot fireworks just for members of grand gatherings, or do any of the restaurants offer this as a package? Thanks.

i am unaware of any restaurant offering a fireworks package. sounds like a good idea to me!!!
